The guy who owns the company is the one who provides quotes and installation. He seems very nice but forgets his quotes and seems disorganized. He wanted a check for a deposit and I felt uncomfortable doing that so I asked him if he would take my credit card number to secure the order. He said he would and I gave him my cc number. Several weeks later I call him to see why my order is not in. He said he can’t afford the cost of the windows without a deposit. He did not bother to call me.

My window was broken on a weekend. This repairman gave me the best quote by far to repair. He came out immediately and did a beautiful job. He was professional and very polite. My cat loved him and she hates everyone! He left the area spotless. I had called him for the window, but he noticed my sliding doors were not opening smoothly, and he sprayed silicone on the tracks – at no cost! They work great now. I’m certainly going to use him in the future.

We have a ten-foot slider and one five foot panel cracked. Tyler came out immediately after our call and measured it. It is a custom size so the glass pane had to be made.
