The guy who owns the company is the one who provides quotes and installation. He seems very nice but forgets his quotes and seems disorganized. He wanted a check for a deposit and I felt uncomfortable doing that so I asked him if he would take my credit card number to secure the order. He said he would and I gave him my cc number. Several weeks later I call him to see why my order is not in. He said he can't afford the cost of the windows without a deposit. He did not bother to call me.

My window was broken on a weekend. This repairman gave me the best quote by far to repair. He came out immediately and did a beautiful job. He was professional and very polite. My cat loved him and she hates everyone! He left the area spotless. I had called him for the window, but he noticed my sliding doors were not opening smoothly, and he sprayed silicone on the tracks - at no cost! They work great now. I'm certainly going to use him in the future.

I have had similar repairs done in the past and it took that company 3 trips to complete the job. Tyler came prepared with all tools needed, as well as extra supplies. We have a ten-foot slider and one five foot panel cracked. Tyler came out immediately after our call and measured it. It is a custom size so the glass pane had to be made. In five days, he was back and installed it quickly, neatly and efficiently. He is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. We are very satisfied with his work and recommend him highly.
